Pancake Loadcells
Pancake load cells are low-profile, strain-gauge based transducers engineered for precise force and weight measurement in confined spaces. Their flat geometry minimizes moment sensitivity and ensures uniform load distribution across the sensing element. Constructed from stainless steel with hermetic sealing, they offer durability, environmental protection, and high overload capacity. With measurement ranges from a few kilograms to several hundred tons, pancake load cells deliver excellent linearity, repeatability, and low hysteresis. These features make them ideal for industrial automation systems, material testing rigs, and dynamic weighing applications where accuracy and compact integration are critical.
